Run a team meeting

Set the agenda once, then present it on live numbers: member progress, appointments, pipeline, open houses, notes, and action items.

Meeting opens from the sidebar for everyone on the account. The page holds the team's shared agenda, the open action items, and a list of recent meetings. Start meeting turns the agenda into a full-screen walkthrough that reads the same data as the Dashboard, so the meeting runs on this week's numbers without anyone preparing slides.

Only team leaders and admins can change the agenda or end a meeting. Everyone can take notes and add action items.

Set the agenda

The agenda is one list for the whole account, and edits save on their own; Saving… and Saved appear beside the Agenda heading. If someone else changed it meanwhile, the page reloads the newer version and says so.

  1. Open Meeting. The Agenda card lists every section with a switch on the right. Sections with the switch on count toward the sections in the meeting total.
  2. Drag the handle on the left to reorder, or use the pencil to rename a section.
  3. Select the chevron on a section to open its options. Progress sections let you choose which rings to show; Member Progress never shows GCI per member. Last 7 Days has an Activity window of 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. Discussion sections hold talking points: select Add talking point and type.
  4. Select Add discussion section for anything off-app you want on the agenda. Discussion sections can be deleted; the built-in Live data sections can only be switched off.

A new account starts with Member Progress, Team Progress, Appointments, Pipeline, two discussion sections named Market & Marketing and Upcoming Events, and Open Houses, all on. Accounts with TetherLines TC also get TC Review. Action Items, Last 7 Days, and Annual Trends are available but off until you want them; Active Transactions is on for accounts without TC. The Meeting tab in Settings only points back here.

Start the meeting

  1. Select Start meeting.
  2. Move with Next and Previous, or the keyboard: arrow keys or Space to advance, Home and End for the first and last section, N for notes, F for fullscreen, and Esc to leave. The dots along the bottom jump to a section, and the header shows where you are, for example 3 / 8 and step 2 of 5.
  3. Starting a meeting twice on the same day resumes the same one; the elapsed minutes show in the header.

What each section shows

  • Member Progress opens on a grid of the team: On pace, On pace, slipping, a count of metrics behind pace, or No goals set for the year. Each following step is one member: their rings for the month, a line per metric that is behind with how many more reach the month's goal, and their year to date.
  • Team Progress is the team's rings for the month, GCI included, with year-to-date beneath.
  • Appointments lists what Needs an outcome first, with buttons to mark each one attended, signed, not signed, or missed, then Coming up this week. Marking an appointment here does exactly what it does on the Appointments page.
  • Pipeline groups opportunities into 30 Days, 60 Days, 90 Days, and Nurture.
  • Open Houses shows who holds what open and when. Schedule an open house adds one from the team's listings or a typed address, and the plan is still there next week.
  • A discussion section shows its talking points as a checklist, or No talking points yet if none were added.
  • Action Items lists open commitments grouped by owner, with check-off inline.
  • TC Review lists files under contract with task progress and the next hard dates. Active Transactions, Last 7 Days, and Annual Trends show deals by stage, recent activity, and month-by-month goal versus actual.

Notes and action items

Press N or select the notebook icon to open Notes. Each section keeps its own note, saved as you type. Below the note, Add a commitment, pick an Owner or leave No owner, and press Enter. Commitments appear under Open action items on the Meeting page afterward, and checking one off anywhere checks it off everywhere.

End the meeting

Select the square icon in the header, then confirm End meeting. Notes lock for that meeting and a text recap, the notes by section plus open action items, is copied to your clipboard to paste wherever the team keeps its record. The meeting then appears under Recent meetings on the Meeting page, where each entry expands to show its notes.
