We already have KW Command. Why would we pay for this?
Command records what happened. TetherLines tells you whether you are on pace and what to correct this week — and it starts from the life you want, working a net worth goal back into the GCI, the transactions and the calls you make today.
What happens when we grow past 10 agents?
Nothing breaks. Add the agent. We reach out about Brokerage when it makes sense — there are no locks, and nothing is charged retroactively for last week’s hire.
Do I really keep the founding rate?
Yes, for as long as the subscription stays active. Prices go up by charging new customers more, never you. If a payment fails we work with you for 21 days before anything changes, and if you cancel and come back within 90 days your rate comes back with you.
Do our ISAs, admins, and TCs need paid seats?
No. Support seats are free, up to twice your producing agent count.
Can we try it before paying?
It is free for 14 days. We take a card up front so nothing breaks the day the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before it converts.
What if we pay for a year and change our minds?
Annual plans are refunded pro rata within the first 30 days. After that the plan runs to the end of its term. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the period they are in.
