Coach your team from the Coaching page
What team leaders and coaches see on Coaching, what an agent sees in their own view, and how to use it in a weekly 1:1.
Coaching opens from the sidebar and shows one of two views, depending on who you are. It reads the same goals, conversations, appointments, and closed deals the Dashboard reads, so nothing has to be entered twice.
Who sees what
Team leaders, lead buyer's agents, and anyone with a coach assignment see My Teams: every team they coach, with each agent's pace. An external coach invited from Settings, Coaching sees the same view, and their sidebar holds only My Teams.
Everyone else sees My Coaching, their own performance in the same layout a coach would see for them. A coach can read an agent's 4-1-1 and GPS but cannot edit them; those stay with the agent.
If My Teams shows No teams assigned, ask your account owner to check Settings, Coaching: that is where coaches are given teams or agents with Add Assignment, and where an outside coach is invited.
My Teams
Each team is a card with a GCI ring and a line reading earned, pace, and goal, then a bar with a gold pace marker. Beneath it: the team's transactions, how many agents are on pace and how many are behind, and a pill per agent showing their first name and GCI pace percent. The time range picker at the top changes the period; the legend reads Actual, Pace, and Goal.
Select a card to open the team.
The team page
The team page opens with Team GCI: Earned, Pace, Goal, and Transactions. When something needs a look, a Needs Attention panel lists it, one entry per issue: an agent under 85% of GCI pace, or No 4-1-1 this month. Each entry opens that agent.
Below that, agents are listed worst pace first. Each row has a small GCI ring, the agent's name and role, a No 4-1-1 badge when the month's 4-1-1 is missing, the earned-versus-pace figures, a transaction count, and the agent's weakest funnel stage with its pace percent. The Pace Distribution bar at the bottom sorts the team into Behind, Close, On Pace, and No Goal.
The agent page
The agent page has three tabs.
Performance starts with GCI and a percent of pace, then Leading Indicators: Transactions, Agreements, Appointments, and Conversations, each as actual over goal with a pace marker. Last 7 Days shows the week's Conversations, Appts, and Agreements totals and a Daily Conversations bar per day; when the agent has a GPS, the daily target appears as Target: N/day. The tab ends with a snapshot of this month's 4-1-1, one tile per week with priorities done over set, or No 4-1-1 for the current month.
4-1-1 shows the current month's record in full: Annual Goal Focus, Monthly Goal, the four week cards, Wins, and Challenges. Earlier months appear under Monthly History with a completion percent and status. If the agent has never created one, the tab reads No 4-1-1 Records.
GPS shows the agent's annual plan: My Big Why, Goals vs Actuals with actuals filled in for income, transactions, and buyer agreements, and Focus & Development. Without a GPS, the tab reads No GPS Record.
My Coaching, the agent's own view
An agent's view has the same header ring, tabs, and cards. The differences are the actions: an Edit link on an active 4-1-1 or GPS, a Create 4-1-1 button when the month has none, and a Create GPS button when no annual plan exists. Entries under Monthly History open the record itself.
Running a weekly 1:1
- Open Coaching and select the team, then the agent. Start with Needs Attention if anything is listed there.
- On Performance, read the GCI line first, then the Leading Indicators. The weakest stage is where the conversation usually belongs: a closing gap is often a conversations gap from weeks earlier.
- Check Last 7 Days against the daily target. This is the one number the agent controls completely.
- Switch to 4-1-1 and go through the current week's priorities together. Ask the agent to check off what is done from their own view and to note Wins and Challenges before the next meeting.
- If the month has no 4-1-1, ask the agent to create one before you meet again; see Plan your month with a 4-1-1.
Keep it short. The page is built so the numbers are already on screen and the time goes to the plan, not the reporting.
